Today this blog is going to be the quiet blog before the storm. Soooo basically what I mean is this is the blog about kapa haka and the next blog is going to be the festival and what it looked like in detail and what we did and what order and just some photos and some other things of the kapa haka. 

So my school is going to be in a kapa haka festival. 

My brother and I are going to be in it to.

But one thing. This might be posted after the kapa haka festival and then after maybe next week or this week will be what happened.

How are you?

Today I will show you what we did for pet day... 

Wait did I say pet day... Well I meant what I am doing for pet day. 

On friday the  20th at school we will be having a little AMP show...

Wait did I say AMP well let me explain.

On friday the 20th we will be holding a little AMP show AND pet day.

On pet day we usually do veggie or fruit sculpture or a sand sculpture. We also will maybe have baking we will have brought in but not this year.

This year we have choose 6 - 8 things. they are all different there is: 

Fruit and veggie sculpture

Water garden

Baking/ Icing competition

Origami paper craft comp

Photography comp

Lego comp

Me and my friend Renae are doing Baking and icing comp and also water garden.

We got the choose to choose 2 but since baking you bake at home and then bring it in we had to choose 3.

That was all for the little AMP kinda things. We also are doing little Agri sports like  jumping over hay and more things I forgot

Now for the pet day more. 

I am bring my friend again Renae´s dog Meghan.  

There will be horse/ponies and dogs and cats and way more things.

Clued up kids! What is clued up?

How are you?

Today I will be sharing about clued up kids and my chch experience.

So the yesterday/the other day depending on when you are reading it I went into town to a place in town called the justice precinct. 

In there was fire emergency, police, civil defence and way more

What is clued up kids - Clued Up Kids is a multi-agency programme teaching primary school-aged children confidence and life skills to help them stay safe in a range of real-life scenarios. The event was run for the first time in the Nelson Tasman region last year, with 460 year 5 and 6 children taking part in a series of practical activities at the Richmond Showgrounds.

Some of the stuff was from a year ago and it is all different information soooooo...... 

Here what I go up in town............

After we finished we went to the avon head river and eat lunch. Then we split up into groups and explored around towns and cross out were we went. After we meet up at the new town library. After we meet up we then went to new regent street and got ice cream.

Today I will be sharing what I did last friday. Last friday the year 8s and the 7 & 6s that are staying at my school went to something called NYLD and the people that are leaving did pals.

What we were doing is we had to plan a game and then run a game.

I loved it. It was really fun.

I think you should try it one day.

For today's blog we will be doing FLOW.

What is flow?

Flow is In positive psychology, a flow state, also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.

So with this blog I will be telling you what kind of flow things we have been doing in class so far since week 1 even though this is week 2 this is my first real learning post for term 4.
